Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ResourceNexus as a clinical resource curation platform. Please read them carefully. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

Section 1

Not Medical Advice — Curation Only

ResourceNexus is a clinical resource curation and discovery tool. It is not a healthcare provider, licensed mental health service, diagnostic tool, or treatment system.

Explicit Disclaimer

No content on ResourceNexus — including resources surfaced by the AI Scout, peer-reviewed materials, or editorial summaries — constitutes or replaces professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. ResourceNexus does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Users must apply their own clinical judgment when evaluating any resource for a specific client.

Resources are curated and scored by licensed clinician contributors but are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Clinical scores reflect general suitability signals; they are not a substitute for individual clinical assessment.

Section 2

Clinical Responsibility Remains with the Subscriber

When a clinician subscriber uses ResourceNexus to discover, curate, or share resources with clients or patients, the clinician retains full clinical and legal responsibility for:

  • Evaluating whether any resource is appropriate for a specific individual client.
  • Ensuring resources shared align with the client's diagnosis, treatment plan, and cultural context.
  • Obtaining appropriate informed consent before assigning supplemental educational materials.
  • Monitoring client responses to any recommended resources and adjusting care accordingly.
  • Complying with all applicable professional licensing standards, ethics codes, and jurisdictional regulations.

ResourceNexus facilitates access to curated educational content. The decision to use any resource in a clinical context is solely the clinician's professional judgment. ResourceNexus accepts no liability for clinical outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of platform content.

Section 3

The Gold Standard Pledge — Our Commitment to You

ResourceNexus commits to:

  • Clinical Integrity First: Every resource is reviewed by licensed clinicians before publication. No content enters the library without a clinical score review.
  • Zero Personal Data Sales: We will never sell, rent, or monetise your personal data, usage patterns, or professional information to any third party for advertising purposes.
  • Evidence-Based Curation: Our AI Scout and editorial systems prioritise peer-reviewed, clinically validated sources from recognised institutions (NIMH, APA, CCI, and others).
  • Transparency: Community demand data, vote weights, and content scoring methodologies are disclosed to all subscribers. No hidden algorithmic black boxes.
  • No PHI Storage: ResourceNexus does not store, transmit, or process Protected Health Information. Do not enter any client health data into the platform.

These commitments are not marketing language — they are binding operational standards that govern how ResourceNexus is built and maintained. Violations of these standards by our team can be reported to [email protected].

Section 4

Credential Integrity — Accurate Professional Data Required

ResourceNexus operates as a clinician-only platform. Access to peer-review tools, resource contribution, and agency management features requires verified professional credentials.

  • Subscribers must provide accurate National Provider Identifier (NPI) numbers and professional licensing details during registration.
  • Misrepresentation of professional credentials — including submitting another clinician's NPI — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
  • Clinicians are responsible for keeping their profile information current, including any changes to licensure status.
  • ResourceNexus reserves the right to re-verify NPI credentials at any time. Accounts that fail re-verification will be suspended pending review.
  • Agency administrators accept responsibility for the credential accuracy of all seats added under their account.

Credential fraud is reported to the relevant state licensing board and, where applicable, to the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Exclusions List administrator.

Section 5

Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use ResourceNexus for any purpose that violates applicable laws or professional ethics codes.
  • Attempt to extract, scrape, or reproduce the content library for commercial redistribution.
  • Share login credentials with unauthorised individuals.
  • Use AI Scout results to generate content for publication without independent clinical review.
  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through community request or peer-review systems.
Section 6

Modifications & Termination

ResourceNexus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, users will be required to review and re-accept the updated Terms upon their next login. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

ResourceNexus may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.
